A Compelling Covenant Message
Part 2

I am very optimistic that the God of our fathers will perform His powerful work to realign and manifest His Kingdom in the lands of true Israel as originally intended in the first Adam.

Despite everything that is going on – all the lies, deception, destruction, and ongoing dissolution of this present anti-Christ world system – God has still chosen a People through whom to rule and reign. I don’t mean “optimistic” as in “wishful thinking” but as in absolute certainty!

Things to Come

But we must first go through a more severe period of judgment – a cleansing. This will begin with His Covenant People with a winnowing effect that will reveal the steadfast, persevering, holy sons of the Living God who will follow their King in participation of actually realizing the Kingdom now as originally intended in the first Adam.

We are already experiencing the curses described in Deuteronomy 28:  increasing violence in our cities, lack of real food, chronic sickness, defeated by our enemies, depression, suicide, crushing debt, plagues of death and disability due to “legal” and illegal drugs, overrun by foreigners, and more. These would be “a sign and wonder” to all of Israel’s “descendants forever” (v. 46). But more darkness is on the way of which we cannot imagine. It’s not a matter of if, but when.

Yes, it must come. But God’s judgment is actually His mercy to cleanse out the wickedness and reestablish His Kingdom. It begins with God’s Covenant People first. This is a painful yet necessary process.

In the Meantime …

So, what are we to be doing? What’s our commission from the God of our fathers? Simply this. Find or start a local church that teaches the truth about who we are. Reach out to our families, friends, neighbors to start teaching them. Use the done-for-you Bible Mastery Boot Camp video teaching and training series. We must start and build local churches if we are to have an impact for change. Why? Because it is through the local church assembly that the authority and power of God is revealed.

The impassioned Apostle Paul prayed for the church in Ephesus that the

"... eyes of their heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all."
– Ephesians 1:18-23

I explained these verses in my book, The Kingdom of God Manifested (Book Seven):

Notice the phrases, “surpassing greatness of His power” and “the strength of His might” linked together as Paul confirmed, in his communication to the church, the present ongoing reality of God’s available power toward them. For example, consider the word “surpassing” which is translated from the Greek word huperballo and means to “exceed, excel” or “beyond anything.”1 “Surpassing” describes the “greatness of His power.” The word “power” is from the Greek, dunamis. It refers to “strength” and “might” and the “ability to achieve.”2 In the New Testament Gospels, dunamis was frequently translated “miracles” or “miraculous powers” and is associated with the “power” of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost (Acts 1:8). It is the effective ability to do something – “the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power.…”3 Paul prayed that they would “be enlightened” to realize this.

Surpassing greatness of God’s power in the local church assembly. The church is where God dwells (Ephesians 2:22).

What Does This Mean?

Therefore, if the Living God actually lives in the church body, does that mean that God’s power dwells there too? All God’s power? Of course, the answer is “Yes!” And if that is so, is there anything impossible in a local church assembly? The answer is “No!”

That, my friends, is why I am optimistic. That is why I have certainty about what is going to happen.

Are you on board with that? In fact, it is up to you and me. Let’s get started! If you haven’t discovered the Bible Mastery Boot Camp, take a look at the online video introduction.
